With over 20 years in senior living, she brings strategic expertise and heartfelt connection to every project—from new openings to community rebrands.Jessica is passionate about creating experiences that reflect the individuality of each person and the collective spirit of Convivial.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, two creative kids, and their dog—often traveling, exploring, attending baseball games, or baking together. Her mission is simple: help people feel seen, valued, and inspired to thrive.
Lisa Lyons, Executive Director
With over 30 years of senior living experience, Lisa Lyons leads with compassion, professionalism, and purpose. A licensed administrator and CPA, she has spent over 15 years in executive leadership, guiding communities with a focus on quality, dignity, and member well-being. Lisa is passionate about creating spaces where members live fully and joyfully, surrounded by meaningful connections and opportunities for growth.
Originally from western Pennsylvania, Lisa has called Florida home for 40 years. She cherishes time with her three children and four grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys beach walks, traveling, and staying active in her parish.

As a Membership Sales Counselor, Jill is dedicated to guiding future members with sincerity and clarity, helping them feel confident and excited about the journey ahead.
She holds degrees in health services management and gerontology, and her passion for aging well shines through in every conversation. Originally from Northwest Indiana, Jill enjoys jewelry making, beachcombing, and family time. Known for her sincerity and professionalism, Jill is proud to help create a community that truly feels like home.
Amerha Ross, Membership Sales Counselor
With nearly 10 years of experience serving seniors and their families, Amerha brings a thoughtful approach to helping individuals explore their retirement options. Her background in outreach strategy, relationship development, and personalized guidance allows her to simplify complex decisions while offering reassurance every step of the way. Amerha is known for cultivating relationships that feel like family, helping future Members envision a vibrant and secure next chapter.
A Texas native, Amerha enjoys traveling anywhere she can scuba dive and spending time outdoors. Whether swimming in the ocean, tending to plants, or sharing a homemade meal with loved ones, she values connection and looks forward to building meaningful relationships throughout the St. Petersburg community.
