With over 30 years of senior living experience, Lisa Lyons leads with compassion, professionalism, and purpose. A licensed administrator and CPA, she has spent over 15 years in executive leadership, guiding communities with a focus on quality, dignity, and member well-being. Lisa is passionate about creating spaces where members live fully and joyfully, surrounded by meaningful connections and opportunities for growth.
Originally from western Pennsylvania, Lisa has called Florida home for 40 years. She cherishes time with her three children and four grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys beach walks, traveling, and staying active in her parish.
Jessica Kraft, Chief Marketing Officer
Jessica Kraft leads marketing and sales for Convivial Life Communities, shaping the brand and enhancing every touchpoint with vitality, authenticity, and purpose. With over 20 years in senior living, she brings strategic expertise and heartfelt connection to every project—from new openings to community rebrands.Jessica is passionate about creating experiences that reflect the individuality of each person and the collective spirit of Convivial.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, two creative kids, and their dog—often traveling, exploring, attending baseball games, or baking together. Her mission is simple: help people feel seen, valued, and inspired to thrive.
Jill Keilman, Membership Sales Counselor
Jill Keilman brings over 20 years of senior living experience to her role, with a background spanning therapy, sales, marketing, and member services. As a Membership Sales Counselor, Jill is dedicated to guiding future members with sincerity and clarity, helping them feel confident and excited about the journey ahead.
She holds degrees in health services management and gerontology, and her passion for aging well shines through in every conversation. Originally from Northwest Indiana, Jill enjoys jewelry making, beachcombing, and family time. Known for her sincerity and professionalism, Jill is proud to help create a community that truly feels like home.
Mike McNamara, Membership Sales Counselor
Mike McNamara brings heart, hospitality, and a vibrant sense of connection to his role at Convivial St. Petersburg. With a background in relationship-building, he’s passionate about helping individuals and families find a senior living community that feels like home. Mike understands that each journey is unique, and he strives to make every interaction personal, supportive, and sincere.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys life with his partner and their beloved dog. He’s a Disney fan, concertgoer, mountain hiker, and devoted Florida State Seminoles and Buccaneers supporter. His energy, empathy, and enthusiasm help make Convivial a place where people feel truly welcome.
